Haute Cabriere Table d’Haute - Our Table d'Haute menu derives its name from the "Table d'hôte" concept, which literally means "host's table", where guests are served a meal, personally created by the host. It consists of four courses, which Chef Ryan Shell will be selecting daily, inspired by locally sourced seasonal produce and complemented by Haute Cabriere’s wines. 

 

Served: Lunch - Tuesdays to Sundays

R295 per person, including a wine pairing with each course
